Everything here was built
with better people than me.

Years of building with extraordinary people — across energy, consulting, software, nightlife and dessert. Here's some of it.

Protect Chinatown

FEB 2021 → 2023 · FOUNDER

The pandemic hit Chinatown hard, and anti-Asian violence rose with it. I founded Protect Chinatown: elder escorts, neighborhood patrols, community walks, food drives, and fundraising to buy and hand out personal safety alarms.

It grew into a large group of volunteers, and much of the work turned out to be teaching — running bystander intervention training so more of the neighborhood knew what to do when something happened.

Konveny

Konveny came out of the same moment and was both at once — a business and a community effort. Frozen food, snacks and groceries delivered contactless to people who were afraid or unable to leave home to shop.
